Yoga Hikes

Take time out to breathe, move, observe. These amazing walking meditations include 4 – 5 ‘yoga breaks’ throughout in which you are guided to stillness, all while breathing and absorbing the beautiful power of the outdoors. Hosted in collaboration with the Urbana Park District, these hikes take place on many Tuesdays throughout the summer and fall. You bring your muddy gym shoes or hiking boots, I’ll bring the all-natural bug spray!
