Event Details

In this two day retreat, led by Jessica Nolen LMT and Lola Glow, you will be given opportunities to explore your own higher sense perception, enjoy guided meditation, gentle movement, live music, and practice intentional exploratory journaling, non-violent communication and mindful eating, integrated through the learning and practice of Reiki energy healing. Reiki is a powerful healing modality through gentle touch that can be used anytime for anyone! You will receive Reiki attunements on each day and a certificate upon completion. A personal Reiki session with Jessica or Lola is included, which you can schedule at your convenience.

We are also honored to be joined by bestselling Author of the book Conscious Communications, Mary Shores, who will be sharing with us her experiences with energy work and some of the powerful tools for transformation that she has implemented in her personal and professional growth!
