Lola absolutely adores Mother Earth and sees her as a pure energy that can heal all wounds. Spending time with nature is relaxing and strengthening. Studies have found that “forest bathing” (Shinrin-yoku) has positive physiological effects, improvement of autonomic and immune functions, as well as psychological effects of alleviating depression and improving mental health. Lola is a true testament to what nature can do for mental health and mood.
Lola loves to engage in 1-4 day retreats, serving as a co-host and facilitator to many fun and spiritual sessions. She has co-hosted three ‘yoga and reiki’ nature retreats, two ‘play all day’, self-exploration retreats, and has plans to co-lead a ‘womxn of the woods’ 2-day retreat in the Fall of 2022. Stay tuned!
