Lola loves yoga! Yoga is a wonderful form of movement that is promising for improving lower back pain and reducing inflammation in the body, which can help stave off disease. Yoga also enhances “body awareness,” or your sense of what’s going on inside of you. Lola has found that yoga opens her heart and grounds her into the earth so well. Her favorite styles to lead are ‘Gentle Soul Flow Yoga’ and ‘Yoga Sculpt for your Soul’. As you can see, your soul is a main feature in both.
Lola also provides custom, one-on-one or small group private yoga lessons. Whether you attend her large group, small group, or private sessions, each one will be sure to clear all seven chakras and auric field, as well as tone and strengthen your physical body.
Lola also adores meditation! Many studies have been conducted to look at how meditation may be helpful for a variety of conditions, such as high blood pressure, certain psychological disorders, and pain. A number of studies also have helped researchers learn how meditation might work and how it affects the brain and trauma. Lola can be hired to do your small, private group classes for any age groups or lead you through a one-on-one custom meditation. Each meditation involves a small reminder of the science and research behind mindfulness. Then, you will be guided through a calming and restorative body scan. After that, Lola always cues you through a guided nature journey where you will receive a message from the universe. Finally, Lola will soothe you with some guided breathwork and mantra/affirmations to take home.
